On behalf of our international partner, we are seeking a commercially minded lawyer to support complex commercial transactions and provide practical legal guidance to business stakeholders. The role offers broad exposure to commercial contracting, regulatory matters, and cross-border projects within a dynamic international environment.

Commercial Lawyer (German-speaking)

Feladataim

Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
Provide practical legal advice to business and sales stakeholders
Support customer tenders, RFPs and contract negotiations
Identify, assess and mitigate legal and commercial risks
Advise on regulatory, compliance and data-related matters
Support cross-border projects and strategic business initiatives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple functions and locations
Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assess their business impact
Liaise with external counsel when required

Az Ön képzettségi szintje

Qualified lawyer with relevant legal education
Minimum 3 years of professional legal experience
Strong experience in commercial contracts and contract negotiations
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Pragmatic, business-oriented approach to legal matters

Nice to Have

Experience within the technology, telecommunications, IT, SaaS or digital services sector
In-house legal experience
Knowledge of EU law and regulatory frameworks
Experience with data protection, cybersecurity or AI-related legal matters
Experience supporting international or cross-border transactions
